Deuteronomy 6: 5-7.

5 And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might. 6 And these words that I am commanding you today shall be upon your heart; 7 and you shall repeat them to your children, and you shall speak of them when you are at home, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you get up.

Matthew 22: 37-39

Proverbs 6: 16-19

Isaiah 1:18

Because of which I was angry with that generation, And I said: They are always wandering in his heart, And they have not known my ways. Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief to depart from the living God; but exhort each other every day, as long as it is said: Today; so that none of you may be hardened by the deception of sin. For we have become partakers of Christ, provided that we hold firm to the end our confidence from the beginning, while it is said: Today if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts, as in the provocation. Who were those who, having heard, provoked? Was it not all those who came out of Egypt by the hand of Moses? Who was he mad at for forty years? Was he not with those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the desert? And to whom did he swear that they would not enter his rest, but to those who disobeyed? And we see that they could not enter because of unbelief.

 

Psalms 82.2-4

2 How long will you judge unjustly,

And will you accept the persons of the wicked? selah

3 Defend the weak and the fatherless;

Give justice to the afflicted and the needy.

4 Deliver the afflicted and the needy;

Deliver him from the hand of the wicked.

Zechariah 7:9-10
